(1.) THIS reference was submitted by the learned Additional Commissioner vide his order dated 4-12-95.

(2.) THE learned Additional Commissioner has recommended for setting aside the order of the trial Court dated 24-8-91.

(3.) A compromise was filed. This compromise was sent for verification of the trial Court. The trial Court after verifying the compromise has returned this compromise application.
