JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. and perused the record.

(2.) This application under Section 482, Cr. P. C. has been filed for quashing the order dated 16-8-2001 passed by Sessions Judge, Chandauli in Criminal Revision No. 21 of 2001 as well as the order dated 2-2-2001 passed by Civil Judge, (Sr. Division)/A.C.J.M., Chandauli in case crime No. 19 of 2000.

(3.) An F.I.R. was lodged against the applicants under Sections 323, 498-A, I.P.C. and - Dowry Prohibition Act by opposite party No. 3. After investigation the police submitted charge-sheet against the applicants under said Section.
