JUDGEMENT

(1.) The instant petition is directed against the impugned order dated 7.8.2000 and order dated 1.9.2000 by which the petitioner has been directed to be retired on the date, of attaining 58 years of age.

(2.) Brief facts of the case are that the petitioner who is working as Jeep Driver and the aforesaid orders have been passed treating the petitioner as Class III employee.

(3.) I have heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel at length and perused the documents annexed therewith.
