JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Counsel for the petitioner.

(2.) By this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the order dated 3rd Aug., 1984, 28th April, 1987, 5th April, 1994 and the last order dated 29th Nov., 2000.

(3.) From the pleadings of the case it appears that a revision was filed by the petitioner before the Board of Revenue being Revision No. 73(z) of 1986-87. The said revision was dismissed on 5th April, 1994 by the Board of Revenue. The petitioner filed application dated 3rd May, 1999 for recalling the order dated 28th Nov., 1994. The said restoration application was dismissed on 29th Nov., 2000 by following order :
