JUDGEMENT

(1.) By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the judgments as passed by respondent Nos. 1 and 2 dated 29.4.1992 and 29.2.1992 as contained in Annexures-5 and 4 to the writ petition respectively.

(2.) The proceeding under Section 10 (2) of U. P. Imposition of Ceiling on Land Holdings Act (hereinafter referred to as the Act) was started against the petitioner. By notice under Section 10 (2) of the Act, an area of 2.522-hectare land was proposed to be surplus.
