JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS second appeal has been field by Judges and two others against the judgment and decree dated 12-11-93 passed by the learned Ad­ditional Commissioner, Jhansi in Appeal No. 246/128/166 of 1991 district Banda arising out of a suit under Section 229-B/209 of the UPZA and LR Act.

(2.) BY the impugned order the learned Additional Commissioner dismissed the appeal and maintained the order of the trial Court.

(3.) I have heard the learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record carefully.
