JUDGEMENT

(1.) G. K. Mathur, J. This revision is directed against the order dated 13th September, 1985 passed by Sri S. B. Verma, IInd Additional Sessions Judge, Jaunpur in Criminal Appeal No. 193 of 1984. The revision has been admitted on the question of amount of compensation only.

(2.) HEARD learned Counsel for the applicants.

(3.) THE amount of compensation awarded by the Courts below is not to be judged by the amount of actual damage only. Moreover, the compensation had been awarded in 1984 and as such I see no reason to reduce the amount of compensation. THE revision has no force.
