JUDGEMENT

(1.) WRIT Petition No. 479 of 1986 : Saharar India , Golghar, Gorakhpur v. Labour Court, was filed in this Court, upon which an interim order was parsed on 8-5-1989 and the order was subsequently modified on 23-4-1990. By the subsequent order the High Court directed that the applicant workman be paid at the rate of Rs. 1200/- per month, upon the date of his reinstatement, which date, it is contended is 25-5-1989.

(2.) DESPITE the orders of the High Court, the applicant is not receiving his wages at the rate stipulated in the High Court's order.
