JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Satish Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned AGA for the State-Respondents.

(2.) The petitioners in the writ petition are seeking quashing of the FIR dated 19.10.2019 registered as Case Crime No. 470 of 2019, under Section 120-B, 366, Police Station Saurikh, District Kannauj with the further prayer not the harass the petitioners in pursuance of the said FIR.

(3.) The allegation in the FIR lodged by the respondent no.3 is that his daughter Seema had been enticed away by one Vikas Katheria, petitioner no.2.
