JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and perused the record.

(2.) Present revision has been filed challenging the judgment dated 2.3.2020 and decree dated 6.3.2020 passed by Additional District Judge, Court No. 10, Agra in SCC Case No. 48 of 2018 (Smt. Meera Devi vs. Ram Kishan).

(3.) By the impugned judgment the court below has allowed the SCC suit filed by the landlord-respondent herein for rent and eviction.
