JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

(2.) This first bail application has been moved on behalf of the accused-applicant/Ram Teerth Maurya for grant of bail, in Case Crime No. 239 of 2019, under Sections 272/120B/34 IPC and Section 60(A) of U.P. Excise Act, Police Station Ram Nagar, District Barabanki.

(3.) It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is not named in the FIR and only on the basis of statement of co-accused, his name came into light.
