JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

(2.) By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 30.01.2008 (Annexure No.13) and consequential order dated 26.02.2008 (Annexure No. 14) passed by respondent No. 3/Managing Director, U.P. Power Corporation Limited, Lucknow and respondent No. 4/Executive Engineer, Electricity Transmission Division, U.P. Power Transmission Corporation Ltd. Jhansi respectively.

Learned counsel for petitioner while challenging the impugned order submits that prior to passing of the impugned order a show cause notice dated 03.11.2007 has been issued to the petitioner to which he has submitted his reply on 11.12.2007, however without considering the same on merit and not decided on the points which were taken by the petitioner in his reply the impugned order dated 30.01.2008 (Annexure No.13) and consequential order dated 26.02.2008 (Annexure No. 14) have been passed by respondent No. 3/Managing Director, U.P. Power Corporation Limited, Lucknow and respondent No. 4/Executive Engineer, Electricity Transmission Division, U.P. Power Transmission Corporation Ltd. Jhansi respectively.
