JUDGEMENT

(1.) Keeping in view the (Covid-19) pandemic, the case is taken up today in chamber under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice dated 8.5.2020. Written objection filed by learned A.G.A. on behalf of the State is taken on record. Perused the materials brought on record.

(2.) This is second criminal miscellaneous bail application of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected on 1.2.2019.

(3.) This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant - Smt. Beena, who is involved in Case Crime No. 738 of 2017, under Sections - 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B, 504, 506, 406 I.P.C., Police Station- Modi Nagar, District - Ghaziabad.
