(3.) Present petition has been filed against the order of the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Gorakhpur dated 14.01.1983 in Revision No. 204. By that order, the said authority had dismissed the revision filed by the petitioner. Thus, he confirmed the order dated 22.03.1982 passed by the Settlement Officer Consolidation.
