JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Rajiv Lochan Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Syed Ali Imam, learned counsel for the informant.

(2.) The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Arun, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 296 of 2016, under Sections- 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, Police Station- Kasna, District- Gautam Budh Nagar.

(3.) This is second bail application of the applicant.
