(2.) The present petition has been filed for the following main relief:-

(3.) By means of the present petition the petitioner has challenged the impugned judgment and order dated 13.12.1984 (Annexure No. 6 to the writ petition) passed by the U.P. State Public Services Tribunal, Lucknow (in short "Tribunal") in Claim Petition No. 136/F/V/1982 filed by the petitioner as well as the order dated 23.12.61 (Annexure No. 3 to the writ petition), by which the services of the petitioner was terminated.
