JUDGEMENT

(1.) The instant bail application was filed on 18 March 2020, i.e. prior to declaration of nationwide lockdown. In view of the pandemic Covid-19, the matter has been considered in Chamber, today.

(2.) The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.-01/2020, under Section-2/3 Gangster Act, Police Station-Sikandara, District -Agra, during pendency of trial.

(3.) Perused the bail application and the affidavit filed in support thereof. A written objection under the signature of Sri P.K. Srivastava, Additional Government Advocate-1st has also been placed on record by the office. Considered the same.
