JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the accused-applicant as well as Shri S.B. Pandey, Assistant Solicitor General of India and perused the record.

(2.) This is the third bail application moved on behalf of accused/ applicant Saurabh Pandey to release him on bail in Case Crime No. RC/AC-1 2018 A 0001 under Sections 120-B IPC r/w Sections 7 , 12 and 13(2) P.C. Act and 13(2) r/w 13 (1) (d) P.C. Act , relating to Police Station CBI/AC-1, New Delhi, during pendency of trial.

(3.) The first bail application of the applicant was rejected vide order dated 3.8.2018 passed in Bail No. 2337 of 2018 by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Anil Kumar Srivatava-II (since retried).
