(2.) Notice on behalf the respondent nos.1 to 5 and 7 has been accepted by the office of Chief Standing Counsel. Shri D.P. Singh, Advocate has accepted notice on behalf of Gram Pradhan, while Shri Shishir Pradhan, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent no.6.

(3.) By means of the instant petition, the petitioner challenges the order dtd. 28/9/2020 passed by the S.D.M. Sadar, Raebareli. A copy of which has been annexed as Annexure-1.
