(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ravi Prakash Pandey learned counsel for the respondents.

(3.) By means of the present petition, the petitioner seeks for quashing of the order dated 4.4.2019 passed by the respondent whereby his claim for grant of superannuation pension and gratuity has not been acceded to.
