JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned Senior Counsel Shri Amarendra Nath Singh assisted by Shri Saurabh Singh and Shri P.B. Mishra appearing for the petitioner, Shri Anand Prakash Paul, learned counsel for the respondent nos.4 & 5 and Shri Jagannath Maurya, learned Chief Standing Counsel along with Shri Shashi Kant, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent nos.1 to 3.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the respondent authorities are extending threat to the petitioner for demolition of her House No.47A situated at Jahangirabad, Ganjiya, District Prayagraj illegally in high handed manner.

(3.) Learned counsel Shri Anand Prakash Paul has contended that if the petitioner approaches the respondent authorities along with representation, the claim of the petitioner shall be considered and appropriate order shall be passed in accordance with law.
