JUDGEMENT

(1.) Supplementary affidavit filed by Sri Keshari Nath Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant annexing the compromise is taken on record.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Avinash Pandey, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.

(3.) By means of the instant application the applicant is pleased to quash the entire proceedings of complaint case as well as summoning order dated 22.07.2019 passed by CJM, Saharanpur in complaint case no. 1123 of 2016, under Sections 467 , 468 , 471 , 120B IPC, P.S. Sadar Bazar, District Saharanpur pending in the Court of C.J.M., Saharanpur.
