JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the entire record.

(2.) This is the second bail application on behalf of the applicant. His first bail application was rejected by another bench of this Court, vide order dated 18.05.2018. A copy of that order is annexed at page No. 14 of the Bail Application.

(3.) This bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 627/117 of 2014 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302, 506 of IPC and Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Chowki - Nai Mandi, Police Station - Kotwali Dehat, District Bulandshahar with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail.
