JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Devesh Vikram, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.

(2.) By means of present writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in their peaceful matrimonial life.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are major and have solemnized their marriage with each other according to Muslim Rites and Custom on 15.3.2020. No first information report has been registered against them.
