JUDGEMENT

(1.) The appellant entered in service of Mathura Vrindavan Development Authority (hereinafter referred to as MVDA) on 19th June, 1989 being appointed as Clerk.

(2.) As per the appellant, he served MVDA with utmost satisfaction, hence, selection grades were allowed to him on completion of 10, 16 and 26 years of service. He also earned "Outstanding" remarks in Annual Confidential Reports for the years 2007-08, 2008-09, 2009-10, 2011-12, 2012-13 and "Very Good" for the part of year 2009 and 2010-11.

(3.) The Vice Chairman of the MVDA by an order dated 12th December, 2017 retired the appellant from service compulsorily by invoking powers under Rule 56 of the Fundamental Rules.
