JUDGEMENT

(1.) Supplementary affidavit filed today in Court on behalf of the petitioners is taken on record.

(2.) An affidavit sworn by Shri Shailendra Rai, posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police has been filed today in Court which is also taken on record.

(3.) It has been pleaded in Para - 3 of the affidavit that the officer, who is present in Court today, appeared before this Court on 09.01.2020 in compliance of order dated 08.01.2020 passed by a co-ordinate Bench, but inadvertently his presence could not be recorded in the order sheet.
