JUDGEMENT

(1.) Shri Rajesh Kumar Verma, Advocate filed his Vakalatnama along with short counter affidavit sweared by opposite party no.2 namely Jaswant @ Titu, which is taken on record.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 as well as learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record.

(3.) The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the summoning order dated 30.5.2015 as well as entire proceeding of Complaint Case No.5218 of 2014 (Jaswant @ Titu v. Nand Lal), u/s 406 I.P.C., Police Station-Alapur, District-Budaun, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Budaun.
