Challenge in this appeal is to the judgment and order dated 22.5.2019 passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No.1, Etawah in Sessions Trial No.93 of 2016 (State of UP vs. Warelal and Others) acquitting the respondents-accused of the offence under Sections 147, 148, 307/149, 506 of IPC and Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act.
