JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

(2.) This bail application is moved on behalf of applicant involved in Case Crime No.189 of 2017, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station Thangaon,District Sitapur.

(3.) Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. The matter is triable by Magistrate. He further submits that applicant has no previous criminal history and he is in jail since 14.06.2020.
