JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.

(2.) Present writ petition has been filed for the following main reliefs:-

(3.) It is stated that for the post of Assistant Teacher, the Selection Board in the exercise of power under U.P. Secondary Education Services Selection Board Act 1982 (in short "Act of 1982") prepared the panel of selected candidates and the same was sent on 20.10.2010 to the opposite party no.2-District Inspector of Schools, Raebareli. Thereafter, the opposite party no.2 sent a letter dated 01.11.2010 to the opposite party no.7-Committee of Management, Wasi Naqvi National Inter College, Raebareli (in short "College") and in pursuance of letter dated 01.11.2010, the opposite party no.7 issued the order of appointment to the petitioner dated 20.12.2010 and in pursuance thereof the petitioner joined the College.
