JUDGEMENT

(1.) Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicant explaining criminal history of the applicant is taken on record, wherein it has been stated that the applicant has been roped in eight cases pertaining to the the year 2018.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A and gone through the record.

(3.) This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant- Vinesh, who is involved in case crime no. 258 of 2018 under Sections 379, 411, 417, 120B and 34 I.P.C., Police Station- Kidwai Nagar, District- Kanpur Nagar.
