JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri R.K. Ojha, learned Senior Advocate, assisted by Sri Shivendu Ojha, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri M.C. Chaturvedi, learned Additional Advocate General, assisted by Sri Pankaj Rai, learned counsel for the respondent nos.1,2,3, and 5 and Sri Nipun Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no.4.

(2.) On 18.06.2020, this Court passed the following order, which is reproduced below"-

Today, learned Additional Advocate General and learned counsel for the respondent no.4 jointly submit that mistakenly the impugned order dated 18.03.2020 has been passed and, therefore, it may be quashed and liberty may be granted to authorities concerned to pass a fresh order in accordance with law, after considering the facts and circumstances of the case. They further jointly submit that cost may not be imposed.
