JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Court convened through Video Conferencing.

(2.) Heard Sri Pradeep Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Jai Narayan, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State through video conferencing and perused the record.

(3.) This is the first bail application moved on behalf of the applicant and the same has been nominated to this Bench vide order dated 14th August, 2020 by Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Hence, this first bail application has come up before this Court in the fresh cause list in pursuance of an urgency application filed in the present case.
