JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present bail application (Crl. Misc. Case No. 3826 of 2020) is taken up today for hearing in the Chamber through Video Conferencing.

(2.) Learned counsel for the bail-applicant Sri Ramakar Shukla, Advocate and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State Sri Rajesh Kumar Singh are connected through Video Conferencing.

(3.) The present bail application is moved on behalf of the accused-applicant-Shahadat who is involved in Case Crime No. 431 of 2013, under Sections 363 , 366 , 376-D IPC and Section 5 / 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, Police Station Shahabad, District Hardoi.
