JUDGEMENT

(1.) A first information report was lodged against the applicants at Police Station Puramufti, District Kaushambi, on 10.12.2019 relating to offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506, 34, 224, 225, 332, 333, 336, 342, 307, 353 Indian Penal Code and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act.

(2.) The applicants are in jail since 29.01.2020 pursuant to the said F.I.R.

(3.) An application preferred by the applicants for their release on bail came to be rejected by learned Incharge Sessions Judge, Kaushambi on 05.02.2020.
