JUDGEMENT

(1.) These matters have come up as urgent filing. Hon'ble the Senior Judge had directed to place the matters along with urgency listing applications before me as the Court is otherwise not working due to the Dussehra Vacations. I had given permission for taking up these matters today because the students wish to appear in B.Ed. First Year Examination of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Awadh University, Ayodhya (in short 'Awadh University'), which is going to start w.e.f 28.10.2020.

(2.) Writ Petition No. 18658 (MS) of 2020 has been filed by 13 students, who have taken admission in Dulari Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Dulari Nagar (Pilayi), District- Ambedkar Nagar, arrayed as opposite party No. 6 in their writ petition.

(3.) Writ Petition No. 18987 (MS) of 2020 has been filed by Dulari Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Dulari Nagar (Pilayi), District- Ambedkar Nagar through its Manager.
