JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Santosh Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A for the State.

(2.) This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to quash the summoning order dated 05.10.2019 as well as the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No. 5766 of 2014 (Smt. Mehsar Vs. Akram and others), under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Muradnagar, District Ghaziabad.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that the applicant no.1 is the husband, applicant nos. 2 to 6 are the family members of applicant no.1 and the allegation levelled against them, are general and vague with no specificity. Learned counsel for the applicants has placed reliance on the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Geeta Mehrotra vs. State of U.P. and others, 2012 (10) ADJ 464.
