(3.) The applicant Mukesh Kumar Maurya has moved this bail application seeking bail in respect of his involvement in Case Crime No. 98 of 2015, under Sections 406 , 420 , 427 , 504 , 506 I.P.C, Police Station Jankipuram, District Lucknow.
