(2.) Though caveat has been filed on behalf of respondent nos. 5, 6 and 7, no one has put in appearance on their behalf.

(3.) This writ petition has been filed by petitioner assailing the order dated 18.03.2014, passed by Additional Director Education (Secondary), rejecting the representation of petitioner.
