(2.) The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 951 of 2019 (State v. Smt. Anupam Tiwari and another) arising out of Case Crime No. 119 of 2019, under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 471, 504, 311, 506 of IPC, Police Station Fatehganj West, District Bareilly pending in the court of A.C.J.M., Court No. 6, Bareilly.
