JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.

(2.) By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 24.10.2018 passed by opposite party no.2, whereby the press accreditation granted to the petitioner was cancelled.

(3.) It is stated that in violation of principles of natural justice, the order dated 24.10.2018 was passed. Prior to passing of the order dated 24.10.2018, opportunity of hearing was not provided to the petitioner.
