JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is the third bail application filed by the applicant- Vinay Sharma seeking the release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 968 of 2013, under Section 307, 504 and 506 IPC, Police Station Sahibabad, District Ghaziabad.

(2.) The first bail application was rejected on merits.
