JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Pankaj Saksena, learned counsel for the revisionists and Sri Sanjay Agrawal, learned counsel for the opposite respondents.

(2.) This revision has been filed by the plaintiff-revisionists challenging the order dated 19.1.2019, passed by the Civil Judge( S.D.), Jhansi in O.S. No.81 of 2014, whereby the amendment application filed by the defendant-respondents was allowed.

(3.) It appears that a suit for permanent injunction as well as mandatory injunction was filed by the plaintiff-revisionists with regard to the suit property for restraining them from making any construction and not to interfere in their possession and that illegal constructions made by the defendant-respondent be removed.
