JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Shri Shiv Prsad, learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned A.G.A.and Sri Akshaya Kumar, learned counsel for the informant.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioners. submits that both the petitioners are major, petitioner no.1 is reported to be around 20 years, as per her High School Certificate, her date of birth as 25.12.2000, she entered into a matrimonial alliance with petitioner no.2 on 08.07.2020, are living together as a legally wedded couple, moreover, the F.I.R. also does not allege petitioner no. 1 (victim) to be a minor, F.I.R. is liable to be quashed as no offences are made out.

(3.) The learned A.G.A is unable to rebut the above submissions.
