Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the controversy raised by the petitioners in the present petition is covered by judgment dated 04. 12. 2015 rendered in Writ Petition No. 11224 (M/B) of 2015 titled as ' Shiva Nand Nayak and Ors. v. State of U. P. and Ors ' and a bunch of writ petitions led by Writ petition No. 8666 (M/B) of 2014 (Rajendra Prasad Nayak and 104 Ors. v. State of U. P. and Ors . ).
