JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the accused-applicant as well as learned Additional Government Advocate, representing respondent no. 1-State, and perused the application, including the Annexures attached therewith.

(2.) By means of this application under Section 438 CrPC, the accused-applicant has sought anticipatory bail in FIR No.0461 of 2019 under Sections 380, 411, 34, 120B IPC, Police Station Vibhutikhand, District Lucknow.

(3.) The accused-applicant filed a writ petition before this Court being Writ Petition No.10096(MB) of 2011 praying therein for adequate security to be provided to him on payment considering threats to his life as attempts were made to his life.
