JUDGEMENT

(1.) Order on Criminal Misc. Restoration/Recall Application No. 9 of 2019 Heard Mr. Abdul Mazid, Advocate, holding brief of Mr. I.M. Khan, learned counsel for applicants, learned A.G.A. representing opposite party No. 1 and Mr. M.F. Ansari, learned counsel representing opposite party No. 2.

(2.) This is an application for recall seeking recall of order dated 26.7.2019 passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice D.K. Singh, whereby present application has been dismissed for want of prosecution and interim order granted on 24.4.2013 has been vacated.

(3.) Perused the affidavit filed in support of the recall application. Cause shown for non-appearance of counsel for applicants at the time when present application was taken up in the revised list before Hon'ble Mr. Justice D.K. Singh is sufficient. Accordingly, Restoration/Recall Application is allowed.
