JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Revision has been preferred against judgement and order dated 29.09.1999 passed by 8th Additional District and Sessions Judge, Aligarh in Session Trial No. 1287 of 1996 under Sections 324, 325, 452, 308 of IPC (State v. Girrraj Singh and others) whereby accused/opposite party nos. 2 to 5 have been acquitted of charges under Sections 324, 325, 452, 308 of IPC.

(2.) None has appeared for revisionist whereas this Revision is pending since the year 1999 and thus, it is being decided finally.
