JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Ansar Ahmad, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Bharat Bhushan Dubey, learned counsel for the informant and Sri G. P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State.

(2.) This Bail Application (under Section 439 Cr.P.C.) has been moved for seeking bail in Case Crime No. 293 of 2019, under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of I.P.C., P.S. Ekdil, District Etawah, during pendency of the trial.

(3.) As per the F.I.R., which has been lodged by the father of the deceased, it is mentioned in it that the accused applicant along with other co-accused had taken away the deceased with them and together they have murdered him and hanged his body from a babool tree.
