SUBHASH SHUKLA Vs. STATE OF U.P.

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is preferred with the submission that the accused Subhash Shukla be released on bail.

(2.) On going through the averments contained in the application and the documents annexed thereto, it reveals that the applicant is brother-in-law (Nandoi) of the deceased and further that the case in question pertains to the year 2017.

(3.) Through e-mail instructions have been communicated as per the respondents the applicant was summoned by the trial court by invoking the powers under Section 319 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
